Admission to interzum with your LIGNA ticket

  • 1. Send an e-mail
    At least 24 hours before you plan to visit interzum, contact the interzum visitor hotline by e-mail at interzum@visitor.koelnmesse.de .
  • 2. Attach proof
    Send proof of your LIGNA visitor or exhibitor ticket as an attachment to your e-mail.
  • 3. Receive a voucher code
    You will receive a voucher code by e-mail that you can redeem for an interzum ticket at the interzum Ticket Shop.

Important:
It will not be possible to enter interzum directly with your LIGNA ticket or ticket purchase confirmation at the entrance barriers. Please use the method described above to make sure you can gain admission.
