BM100 BONNELL SPRING COILING MACHINE

The Italian start-up company BELMAC SRL from Forlì launches its first spring machine. ‘The BM100 is the first of a new generation of Bonnell spring machines,’ says Christoph Bischof, President of BELMAC. ‘Thanks to our many years of experience, we have successfully combined proven components with innovative ideas.’

All tools and wear parts are in fact compatible with the standards of this industry. In addition, BELMAC also offers the following innovations:

- Electronically controlled wire feed.

- Reduced maintenance and improved accessibility of the control elements.

- High output, especially for high springs thanks to electronically controlled guidance.

The working range of the new machine covers all spring end ring diameters and heights, as well as all wire diameters of Bonnell springs, from 4 to 7 coils.
