Gas Springs

Controlled pushing, lifting or lowering without external energy! Bansbach easylift manufactures gas springs of any size and any extension force according to your wishes and precisely for your requirements. By modifying various factors, Bansbach gas springs can be supplied with any desired extension force. Our standard versions range from 7N to 12,000N. Depending on the series and design of the gas spring, a stroke length between 10mm and 1000mm can be freely selected in order to optimally realise your individual application. You can select the diameter of the piston rod and cylinder of your gas spring based on the desired force and stroke.

From vehicle construction and furniture manufacture to countless applications in mechanical and apparatus engineering, special solutions for medical technology and aircraft construction - easylift gas springs are used everywhere. Thanks to the continuous production of gas springs in intermediate sizes and extensive stocks of gas spring components, almost all requirements can be met at short notice. The easylift® system makes it possible to assemble a gas spring in a similar way to the well-known ‘Lego building block principle’. Advantage: Countless gas spring variants from existing components, customised according to customer requirements.

Other versions of our gas springs include lockable gas springs for controlled pushing, lifting and positioning through to absolutely rigid locking on both sides and our gas springs for controlled pulling or positioning, also damped on request - to suit your requirements.
