Poplar Plywood/Veneered Plywood/HPL Plywood

Plywood is a semi-finished product made by combining several layers of wood veneers, which are glued together with adjacent layers having their wood grains rotated up to 90 degrees to one another. This process is called cross-graining and gives the product super strength and robustness. The panel will then be squared, calibrated, sanded and tested.
We produce plywood with poplar wood - why poplar? Because it is particularly suitable for the production of plywood. We use I-214 poplar clone cultivation for our plywood, this means: availability of poplar in adequate volumes and short times, programmable quantities, homogeneous characteristics and high quality. Among the technical aspects of poplar plywood there is certainly the light weight, the light color, the high homogeneity of the surface’s color with barely visible grain. Moreover it can be easily processed, worked and adapted to the many uses, such as: Cabinetry, Furniture, Building and construction, Packaging, DIY, Interior Design.

Our poplar plywood is available in three options:
1) Raw - standard formats:
2,52X1,22/2,52X1,85/2,44X1,22/3,05X1,30/3,05X1,86/3,05X2,12 for thicknesses from 7 to 40 mm.
2,52x1,86/2,52x1,22/2,20x1,86/2,20x1,22/2,22x0,92/2,22x0,82/2,12x0,92/2,12x0,82 for thicknesses from 3 to 6 mm - Grades: B/BB/C;
2) Veneered with other wood essences (ex: Oak, Ash, Maple, Walnut, Chestnut, etc) - Standard formats: 2,52x1,25/2,52x1,86/2,44x1,22/3,05x1,30/3,05x1,86. Thicknesses:5/6/7/8/10/15/18/19/21/23/25/31 mm. Grades:AA/A/AB/B.
4 mm panel is available in the following sizes: Door sizes- 2,12x0,72-0,82-0,85-0,92/2,22x0,82-0,92. Other: 2,22x1,25/2,52x1,25/3,02x1,25.
3) Laminated with High pressure laminate - our plain colors chart is composed of white, gray, black and ivory, all colors avilable in different finishings. Standard formats: 2,44x1,22/3,05x1,30 - Thicknesses: 10/15/18/20/25 mm.
