Zipperless Cover solves this problem by eliminating the zipper altogether, while still maintaining a cost-efficient design. Although the fabric consumption may be higher and the confection time may take longer, the final cost of the product remains neutral. The cover is constructed like an envelope, with one part folded over the other, creating a folded closure. Our ERP system enables us to sort waste from production, creating clean waste streams of white and colored PES. The waste is recycled into new yarns through mechanical recycling, which produces a virgin-quality PES.
